1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchange

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

The item you received is defective, damaged, or not as described, provided that the request for a refund is made within 7 days of receiving said defective/damaged/not as described product and that the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and tags.

Note: Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for refunds.

You may request for an exchange for only change of size of the item provided:

That the request for exchange of size is made within 7 days of receiving the product and that the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and tags AND ONLY if required size is available in stock.

Note: Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for exchange. 

CANCELLATIONS cannot be made once an order has been processed, as we begin processing immediately to ensure timely delivery. This allows us to maintain efficiency and give each piece the attention it deserves.

2. Refund and Exchange Process

To initiate a refund or an exchange, please follow these steps:

Provide proof of purchase, such as your order number, receipt, or confirmation email.

Share pictures or videos of the damaged or defective product, if applicable, and in case of exchange, please let us know what size you require your product to be exchanged for.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

3. Return Shipping

If the refund or exchange request is approved, you may need to return the item to our designated address.

The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).

Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refund and Exchange Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days from receipt of the returned item.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as per the customer's preference.

Approved exchanges will be processed and shipped out within 7-10 business days from receipt of the returned item. 

5. Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

Items returned without prior authorization.

Products that have been used, altered, or are missing original tags and packaging.

Refund requests made after the 7-day eligibility period.
